His Ex Fiancé

Soo i've been dating this guy for a couple months now, starting to get serious. He was previously engaged for close to 2 years, broke it off for differences. Her stuff clothes papers etc are still at his place. Reasoning is she doesn't have a place to put it all 🤔 ok fine i get that i have a ton of stuff too. She has come over (with me not there) about 3 times now to "get her stuff". In that 3 times she has only took her motorcycle paperwork....he reassures me all the time i have nothing to worry about. She is now coming back to get it all in March when she moves across the country. Thoughts? Suspicions? I need some advice ladies!! 🤔😳
