Lord, help me.

So my husband is in Virginia for work right now. I just started a new job Tuesday, and I won't get paid until next Friday. He is currently sitting on over $4,000 but a bit less than $2,000 is going towards one of our loans to pay it off. I asked him to send me $250 for groceries and gas for myself and food for our dog and cat plus cat littler. Just the animals stuff alone is almost $70, and he only sends me $150. So that leaves me $80 for gas, for groceries including household items we need, gas, and lunch for the week. Gas is gonna be at least $30. So $50 for dinners and lunches, toilet paper, paper towels, and tampons until next Friday. Am I the only one who thinks this is BS?
