Asthma

Anyone asthma gotten worse as you get into the 3rd Trimester? My asthma has always been well controlled and mild but it's getting bad and my specialist can't see me for two weeks. Any natural remedies that help? I'm still taking my meds like I'm supposed to and trying to avoid things like dairy that make the mucus thicker lots of got teas just not sure what to do anymore and it's making it difficult for me work and function at home. My SO has had to do the majority of the house work cause I get winded and start coughing to the point that I'm choking.
