Help please!

How does it feel too have a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy? I got a vvvfl on my test yesterday but started spotting then bleeding like a period. My cramps aren't that bad they are mild but nothing I can't handle. I also started getting these in the pictures. I would post a pic of the test but my phones camera sucks. Its still showing a vvvvfl on the test. It isn't dye run or an evap. I've never got a vvvfl on my test before and we've been TTC for 6 months. I'll post the test but its hard too see because my camera is bad.
