planning life .... 🏣👶👰

So I'm a planner ... I just like to be organize and plan stuff. Well me and my bf have been together for 9 years (living together for almost 5), I'm almost 27 he is going to be 30. I'll be done with school at the end of this year. We have been talking about kids lately and if I could I'd have one now but I know I need to finish school since I'm so close to being done. The other problem is ... since I'll have my degree I want to start working asap. I hate relying on him for money and my grants for school. I want a career and be able to be financially stable on my own. We've talked about getting married soon also.

The problem... having a baby , I want to be home with my child for at least 2-3 years before they start preschool but I so badly want a career !! I'm trying to have it all planned but when it comes to TTC I don't want to plan. He also wants to wait till I'm out of school to start tying. I also don't want to start my career , get pregnant and leave after a few month.

How did it work out for all you ladies??

Edit**** we are financially stable with just his income , I'm not working while in school only receiving grants for school that I use for my stuff.
