Help! Itchy feet...

All of a sudden three days ago I started having very itchy feet in the middle of the night. There seems to be no ryme or reason, no rash really except for a few tiny flesh colored bumps that are hardly visible, but I can feel them. I wake up itching and can't stop. It's a deep itch that cannot be ignored. Hydrocodone cream has no effect but an ice pack helps relieve symptoms after a while allowing me to get back to sleep. Anyone have a clue or advice? I'm 4 mo pregnant.
