Industrial Piercing

So I'm looking into getting my industrial ear piercing done and I was wondering on a scale of 1-10 how painful it was for others. I personally have a higher pain tolerance, but last time I got any piercing was when I was 10 and it was just my ears. Also how the cleaning is with the piercing and how long I should wait till I can change the bar?
