Parents sharing pictures you know arent right but should you say something?!

Question

So i was scrolling through facebook today, and a girl on my friends list posted a picture of her maybe 2 month old little boy sleeping in his crib with 2 blankets and a boppy pillow, face buried in the blankets, and was like this is how my baby sleeps at night. I dont know if she didnt get the sids memo or what,  i want to say something but dont feel it is my place to, since i dont really talk to her at all. It will be sad though to hear if something happens to her baby! Would you say something if you saw something that just isnt right?

I would say something just don't do it in a why where you're bashing her. Message her any say you just want to make sure nothing bad happens

It doesn't seem like a huge deal, but if you're really concerned, do so in a private message and try to be polite about it.
Maybe make it sound more of an afterthought? 
"Oh your baby was so cute in that picture! I have heard that having them sleep like that can be quite risky though, if you weren't aware, just a thought. Hope you're well blah blah blah" you get the idea 🤷‍♂️

I personally wouldn't on the simple basis that I would be pissed if someone else said something to me. I'm sure she knows what is best for her child. 
This is also why I won't be posting a lot of pictures of my children on social media.

I would be nervous about my kid sleeping face down in a pile of blankets, and there are things I do that other parents would be similarly nervous about. If there's reason to think that somehow during all of her pregnancy and postpartum peds visits that she never got the memo on safe sleep, maybe you can be a shining light of knowledge through the darkness. More likely, like most parents, she is gonna do what she is gonna do and unless she requested feedback she will not be particularly receptive to receiving it.

The recommendation is to put baby to sleep on their back with nothing else in the crib.

It's not your place really, it's her kid - not yours! All four of my kids slept just like that, head & upper torso on a pillow with a cover covering the bottom half of them. Kids can get SIDS from lying on their backs, & that's a proven fact.
