just the tip

Today I have a gyno appt just for a well woman's exam. I knew I wasn't supposed to have sex but last night we just did it but only the tip went in. Will this affect my appointment. He didn't cum inside me. I am on my first week of my birth control and I missed my pill last night. There isn't a big risk of pregnancy either right?
