Peace of mind

I got the Skyla IUD in the end of January 2017 and I know it takes around 7 days for it to kick in. So my husband and I decided to use condoms for the first three weeks to be safe. After two weeks of having skyla we had sex and the condom tore and we didn't know so a lot of sperm ended up inside of me. So I be completely worried?? I'm planning on taking a test the end of February. I just wanted opinions on my situation, thank you!
