Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction (Pelvic Girdle Pain)
So I went to the doctor on Wednesday for having pretty stupid lower Pelvic pains for a couple weeks now...
He came to the conculusion that it was SPD/ Pelvic girdle pain and said there wasn't much we could do other than a good maternity belt and ibuprofen... I'll be 22 weeks on Sunday.
Does anyone have any recommendations on good maternity belts and where to purchase one?
