Aunt flo has returned.

So my little guy is now 16 weeks and is totally breastfed so no surprise that my cycle held off till now. But just finished the first visit and everything was 100% the same as before except one thing...... I have absolutely 0 pain now. I know this should be a good thing right but I am worried I have now feeling there at all now. I say this as even my orgasms are different. Before I could feel them deep inside now only on the surface. Does sensation return or could this be it? Everything still works I guess so I shouldn't be complaining but it's just very strange.
