low sperm count need advice

Hello ladies! So we've been tc for 2 years now. We found out he had super low sperm count in August. Eventually the dr put him on antibiotics because of high white blood cell count in his results. He just had another sa done and his count went from 200,000 to 12 million! We are thrilled but I know that is still considered a low count. Is that enough to get pregnant or will we still need to look into ivf? The dr told him to try naturally I just don't want to keep waiting if it's not going to happen on it's own because we've been trying for so long already! Any advice would be appreciated!
