A little help?

Hey y'all FTM here again 39+5 today... Got membranes sweeped for the second time at yesterday's appointment. Got home today around 11 pm after running errands all day. and it kind of felt like the left side of my vagina wall was hurting. Coming and going. So I decided to take a warm bath. I was laying letting the water run for about 5 minutes. I slightly adjusted myself and water came out of my vagina. I freaked out and stayed still, it happens again and then a third time.  At this point I knew it was DEFF coming out of my vagina cause I DEFF know what it feels like to pee and this was not me peeing. I decided to put my hand kinda in the opening of my vagina in case it happend again a nd I freak out when I felt al this mucous come on to my finger. I quickly grabbed my phone and put the flashlight to the water (my bathroom light isn't working so I was going off a dim candle light.) when I looked at the water there was mucous and like white particles everywhere!!!
