ovulation question

Brandi • Sat, Feb 18 • My name is Brandi and my fiancé`s name is Joe. I`m 23 he`s 25. TTC baby #1. I`m a hair stylist and he`s in flooring.

When is it typical to ovulate? I bought some Internet cheapies (OPKs) and I haven't even gotten 2 lines to come up. The closest I came was today and I still had to squint to see it. So I guess my other question is, is there always 2 lines or is it possible that if I'm still pretty far off that there wouldn't be?
