babys pee.

My three month old has started to have very strong smelling urine and tonight while I was changing her diaper she started to pee with out a diaper on and I noticed her urine is really yellow almost as if she's dehydrated but she's been drinking all of her bottles at home and daycare says she's eating there too. Has anyone ever experienced this or does anyone have any input? Thanks in advance!
