passed out

Thursday I passed out while at a friends house. The last thing I remember was telling her I felt light headed and was going to pass out and she said I did for about 3 minutes she was calling my name and I didn't respond. 911 was called and all my vitals was okay nothing was low. I'm 12wks and this is the first time this had happened. Has this happen to anyone else?
