Achy pressure third trimester?

Hi!! I'm a bit worried, Iv woken up to a strange new feeling of pressure and aches when I move. When I lay down it's okay but moving is uncomfortable, not painful painful just awkward and uncomfy!
No other symptoms, it's all in my lower stomach/vagina area like baby is down there...
is it normal? Did you have this?
I have a midwife appointment Monday and wondering whether to contact her earlier 🤔 or wait it out since I'm not in serious pain or bleeding.. I just don't know 😰
