Are all cheaters bad people?

What are your opinions on this topic guys?

Personally i dont think all are bad people. Questionable decisions? Yeah but some do make one time mistakes and that doesn't make them a bad person, it makes them an imperfect human capable of making mistakes. Some are full blown a holes, like those who do it over and over again and couldn't give a crap for example.

Cheating is not a mistake, it is a selfish choice. If you are not happy, just leave. Cheaters are selfish people and if caught try to evade and blame the other person. If you cannot have a monogamous relationship, then remain single. Emotional scars are hard enough to get rid of.

They don't have to be bad people the rest of their life, but at that point in time, yes they are bad people. You don't accidentally cheat and actively choose not to break it off with your current relationship before engaging in that behavior.

There are worse people, for sure.  Cheating is a decision, and often a cruel one.   The moment they decide to cheat and betray their commitment they make a choice that makes them a less good person.

Of course they are not bad people. On another thread like this I asked if  age played a factor in this. If someone who was in a high school relationship cheated but seen the error of their ways and the couple moved on from it was still a bad person and the answer is no. I know a few relationships like that and the couple is now married and as happy as ever. So bad person? No. shitty spouse, yes..

Some are because they intentionally hurt the other over and over. And yes either way you pretty much intentionally hurt the other because it's your choice. But I know for a fact people can change if they want to. My boyfriend and I had a rocky relationship in the begging and he'd cheat so I started doing it back. Now we moved on from that and haven't cheated or anything, 100% commited to each other. It took a lot to work on but we both realized we wanted to be together but we can't if we keep doing what we were doing. So we both grew up and better than ever.
