cycle day 39, never started after provera

Ok so I'm on cycle day 39, I took 7days of provera to start my period and never started. My last day of provera will be 7days ago tomorrow & I still haven't started. I usually start on the last pill or before. I know I didn't ovulate this cycle because my progesterone was .4 on cycle day 21... has anyone had this happen to you? Do I call my doctor for more provera? I took a pregnancy test and it was negative the other day.
