First ultrasound is nerve-wracking

I got my first ultrasound done expecting to be about 6 weeks. Well Doctor did the ultrasound and I'm only about 4 to 5 weeks just wondering if anyone else has ever gotten one this early and if it looks like this. Wishing baby dust to everyone!
