Hey all you pretty momas out there! I gotta quick question??

I'm at work right now and I just went to the bathroom because I felt a lot of discharge, we'll maybe not a lot but more than normal, but anyways the question is can you tell the difference between leaking fluid and regular discharge? Without going to the hospital? I am a waitress and I been on my feet since 7 this morning could that have something to do with it? Thanks in advance guys💕💕

Update: I ended up going to l&d last night it turned out just to be extra discharge. I'm 35 weeks tomorow, doc said it is probably just because the baby is pushing down more now since I'm getting close to my due date. Thank God no problems with my precious lil girl.
