on and off cramping help!

Hey you guys I got my IUD January 25th and I'm having On and off cramps which are TERRIBLE and excruciating, luckily I'm used to that but I wanna go out and have a good time without getting hit with these every 5-10 minutes. Does Tylenol or Advil work best? Thing is I have withdrawals from Advil so are there any other remedies? I try smoking some weed but that never helps either. TIA ❤️
