It happened to me ! I tested positive and got my "period" later the same day. Turned out i miscarried at 5 weeks

It's actually 99.9% impossible to get a false positive. Same thing happened to me. I had a positive digital pregnancy test and started bleeding two days later. It's called a chemical pregnancy.

I agree with the other comments , its really rare to get a false positive test .. you can miscarry very early sometimes that it just seem like an almost normal period, remember to let your g.p know im sorry if this is the case for you x
