☕️ COFFEE ☕️
Okay I feel like I'm always writing and asking about coffee. But I picked up a beautiful pregnancy journal book today, and they were talking a lot about avoiding caffeine. I am 20w 3d and didn't drink any coffee until around 13/14 weeks. Now I keep it mellow, 200 mg or less. But I do have a cup a day. I'm wondering if maybe it'd be better to switch back to decaf? What are your thoughts of caffeine in pregnancy? If you're a second time mom and drank caffiene in pregnancy, do you think it's affected your child at all?
