telling family!

I'm 19 and I am 23 weeks pregnant and my boyfriends family does not know about it yet. I told my family by myself and me and my boyfriend decided it'd be best for him to tell his family but it's been three months since we've agreed on that...im very nervous and anxious and also annoyed bc it doesn't seem like he cares at all..anyone have any suggestions or anything that would help me in this situation?
