Hsg ? ? slight blockage in left Fallopian tube

Hey ladies, my name is okeria I have been trying to conceive now for 3 years no luck, I don't have any kids, I just recently had a hsg done which showed a slight blockage in my left Fallopian tube , anyone else ever had this problem but ended up getting a BFP?
