Calling all hair stylists!
Okay, ladies. So, my hair is boob-length and a medium brown. I'm wanting to go to a silverish blonde, and cut it shoulder length. What would be the easiest way to go about doing that??? Should I go somewhere, will they tell me? I'm 16 by the way!
