heavy periods!!!
i just wanna know if i'm the only person with this issue...??
okay basically my period is HEAVY. like seriously heavy.
my best example; i'm in school and we get a 30 minute lunch. before lunch, i changed my tampon. (super +) and by the end of lunch i had bled trough the tampon, my panties, and my blood was halfway down my thighs through my pants. 30MINUTES! With a SUPER PLUS TAMPON
and i also tend to be anemic on my periods bc i am losing so much so i do get very light headed. any advice??
