Implant weight gain

I got the implant back in December and I have gained so much weight none of my jeans that I bought a month ago don't fit. And even my family has mentioned that my face hands and arms look swollen like I'm retaining water. My question for the people who have had this problem could you lose the weight while still on the implant? Or if you got it taken out how hard/easy was it to lose all the weight put on?
