I brought a bulk lot of 2nd hand maternity clothes this was in with them.. thought it may be to wear after baby to suck your belly back in or something? It's supper stretchy if that helps lol

It looks like the material you have for a arm or leg dressing. Sometimes if you have c section they give them you to put on legs to reduce swelling I think. But not 100%

You fold it up until it's about 2 inches thick and then wear it around your lower hips to help prevent SPD, or at least it looks like what I was given to wear!!

It could be something you wear under you pants to hid you belly if you pants don't do up anymore. Only guessing
