scared

Last night I was spotting and took two pregnancy test because it seemed lighter than a normal period, both came back positive immediately. However, today I am bleeding more heavily and clotting (like my regular periods) I'm scared that maybe this is a sign of early miscarriage? I'm really not sure. I've been ttc for two years. Any advice  would help. I'm absolutely terrified right now. My blood is bright red and clotting when I use the restroom but only pink or brown on my pad for the most part. Please help me.
