nausea stopped

Ok so the other day I was asking about remedies for being nauseous all day without actually throwing up. It was a good 4 days that I felt nauseous and all of a sudden it stopped.... I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow. Is that something I should be concerned about? Or does being nauseous come and go? FTM over here and my first OB appt isn't until 8 weeks with 1st ultrasound at 12 weeks
