Pack this for the hospital?

I bought these cute nursing gowns. At first I thought I could bring one to the hospital for after birth after I am all cleaned up. Ok, or bad idea? Will it get all gross? FTM :)

I think they're okay! As long as you'd be comfortable wearing them around visitors. I never got any stains or anything on any of the clothes I wore, so they shouldn't get icky either. ☺

I bought a 2 piece set from buy buy baby that is a robe and a nursing night gown like that and I'm planning on living in it the whole time! We're planning on having few visitors and if they can't handle seeing my breastfeed then they can leave!

They're nice and comfy but you may want to bring a robe and a pair or 2 of lounge pants for visitors.

I wore my vs pink pants like the baggy boyfriend ones... lol it hides the loom of underwear and a ginormous diaper pad

I brought a comfy robe that was easy to nurse in for after I got to my pp room and it was the best.  No one wants to live in a hospital gown when you're already feeling icky.  It was nice to feel/look human after a grueling day of birthing a child.

So cute. I'd pack them my after birth bleeding was nothing more then a period so I wouldn't worry about them getting gross

After cleanup and recovery they will be great, but don't forget your robe. Other than a postpartum bleeding (which is no different than handling a heavy period), you shouldn't have to worry about any messes. I brought one nursing gown and a couple pair of loose comfortable pants and tops. I just didn't like hanging out in the nursing gown while I had visitors (too exposed for me), but I wore it in the evening. Good luck and congratulations!
