Why cant i eat?

I havent had my period in 4 years and this one hit me like a train. I wasnt on anything to not get it. But im bleeding a lot and im not hungry and i am unable to eat without feeling sick. Is this normal?

You didnt have it for four years and never like talked to a doctor about it??? Cause THAT is not normal. The sickness you're having now is probably just because its been so long, your body wasnt prepared for it
