somebody please help me...am I miscarrying?

I'm 6 weeks today and when I went to the restroom a little while ago noticed I was bleeding and passing small clots. I'm not wearing a pad or anything because I'm not bleeding unless I'm on the toilet. It's less blood than the first day of my period would be but it's not just spotting either. My doctors office is closed today I think and I don't know who else to call. I've been having light cramping...I know I'm probably miscarrying but I don't want to be. Has anybody experienced this in a miscarriage or not? Thanks

I miscarried last year and it started very similarly... light cramping and spotting. Eventually the bleeding picked up. 
Unfortunately, your option is to go to the ER or wait it out at home. If you go in, they can do blood work and a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm. But nothing to really 'stop' the miscarriage if that is what's happening.

This happened to me 7 years ago with my first child. I was on my way to my first doctor's visit sometime around 11 weeks. So as I was on the elevator going up to my appointment blood started dropping down my leg. I was so shocked, nervous and confused but I automatically assumed I had a miscarriage .. I got off the elevator and ran to a bathroom...I sat over the toilet and I felt a clot the size of an orange drop into the toilet! (Tmi) once that happened I just knew I had a miscarriage! Cleaned and covered myself up trying to hide the blood on my clothes and I went into the waiting room and told the person at the desk that I had an appointment but I literally just had a miscarriage .. they sent me to the er down stairs and when they did the ultrasound, the girl said to me, "well, your baby looks great!" 🤔 I was so confused! I said "what baby?! I just miscarried in the bathroom" ... basically doctors told me sometimes clots happen.. but they did not tell me if I could have miscarried one (maybe I was having twins) they wouldn't know unless I brought the clot to them 😒.. they said I could have 50/50 chance in loosing or keeping the baby still in the uterus.. so I bled for another week -two weeks and stayed on bed rest and I have a beautiful 7 year old boy today.☺️❤️. (I personally believe I had twins and just didn't know) 
Today I am 3-4 weeks pregnant with nausea and I want to test early to know if I could be carrying twins again

When I did it was small brown/red clumps mixed with a weird texture
