worried & confused

I'm 7w5d and I started to "bleed" yesterday plus some mild cramping. Today the bleeding seemed to be less. Not enough to soak a pad, comes down when I use the bathroom. Cramps have increased. I spent half the morning trying to find a dr to see me since I don't have a healthcare provider or insurance. I finally found a place. They confirmed my pregnancy. Dr said she has no concerns, says it's common to bleed and have cramps in first trimester. I haven't passed any tissue or clots. She didn't think an ultrasound was necessary so scheduled it in two weeks from now. I asked about checking my hcg levels but she said it wasn't necessary either. My cramps really hurt. I don't feel well! I can't help but think the worst. Need some encouragement. Can't help but to worry.
