could I be pregnant?

Okay so my boyfriend and I had sex last month a couple times a week. And he can't use condoms cause it just doesn't work with him if yall know what I mean. But I'm on Errin birth control ( norethindrone). And I've had no period for 5 months because of my BC. And I have taken a pregnancy test twice the first 2 months cause I had t had my period and I didn't know it was from my BC. But I know I took my BC late a couple times last month and once or twice this past week. And I'm stupid and still had sex. But I've been having cramping (like period cramping) and I've been nauseous. Especially in the morning or after I eat. Also I've been having shortness of breath. I know no one is a professional on this but if anyone has any idea if I could be of if it's happened to them please let me know. Thanks lovelys.
