I fell in the floor last night - can't walk!

Is this the round ligament everyone has been experiencing?  The inside of my hip is so painful and I can't move my leg. Like my leg feels dead when I try to move it and when I do it sends sharp shorting pains to my inside hip and all down my leg. Is this normal?  I woke up to use the bathroom and fell down cause I can't support myself!  I've had it before but nothing like this!!!  I was balling my eyes out at 3am just trying to change positions on bed. Any ideas/suggestions to relieve the pain?
