hemorrhoids and pregnancy 😞

I'm 14 weeks today and have AWFUL hemorrhoids. They were fine and tolerable but then me and my husband ate something that didn't agree with us Sunday so I was having bad diarrhea that night so the strain of it made the hemorrhoids 10x worse. It hurts to sleep, walk, everything. I put an ice pack there so I could fall asleep last night since these tucks aren't working but is there any advice of something I can use? I'm ALWAYS uncomfortable and in pain now but the nurse told me there wasn't much I could do other than a cold compress and tucks 🙄 any advice or suggestions?
