Monitor Hcg levels?

Has any mommies had your HCG drawn after 9 weeks? My level at roughly 9 weeks was 112654, due to one time very little light blood which occured once after intercourse at nearly 11 weeks that level was 43545, obviously a huge drop. Doctor said that's terrible basically no hope had another level drawn yesterday which shows an increase not by too much 45898. I know it's bad I've been Google crazy on the level decrease an it says level can peak around week 9 an steadily decrease to a point. I'm 37 and really wanted this to be my last babes we also miscarried in Sept 16. Just curious is there any experiences similar to mine. Tia
