pcos and ttc

I have pcos and never get my period regularly or on my own without medications. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now I just recently had my first failed IUI. I'm supposed to start up for second cycle of IUI but I don't even want to go through this process again for another failure. Any tips for successful IUI?
