Help! Pregnant after having baby 6 weeks ago?

I took a pregnancy test for the hell of it...I don't know why something in me told me too. Anyways it came back positive...would my hcg levels still be to high or am I pregnant?

I'm a 6 week baby, but apparently my mom didn't know about me growing in her womb until she was 7 months pregnant. Me and my brother are the same age for a little over a month.

Yes it can happen (even if you're breastfeeding), my MIL found out she was pregnant at her 6 week checkup. My husband and his brother are 10 months and some odd days apart. You'll be okay, they are best friends almost as if they were twins.
