Any help would be great.

Does anyone see anything? I'm 3 days late. The line appears to be quite faint. But I don't think I see anything 😢 maybe I need to do a retest but was just looking for any advice really or anyone who could tweak it or if anyone can see anything I can't. Any help would be great.
