Im 39 weeks pregnant today and i know i havent even hit my due date yet, but im beyond frustrated that i havent went into labor yet. I had a membrane sweep Monday and will have another friday. Ive been having contractions, lost my mucus plug within the last couple days, babys head is very low, dilated to a 3 and 90% effaced. Dr keeps saying she will be surprised if i make it to another appointment and i always seem to. I hate having false hope that it will be soon. I feel like im going to have to be induced medically and i just wanted the full experience of my water breaking and starting labor on its own. My dr told me if the membrane sweep doesnt work on Friday either, that we can talk about induction around my due date.
