advice

My doctor recommended iui, all my test came back normal but my husband sperm mobility came test came back a little low he is currently taking vitamins and they told us we will see results within  3 months , doctor is pushing for us to go forward with iui even tho my husband just started taking vitamins  , don't know if it a good idea or would it be better to have wait the 3 months ? Suggestion
