uti info??

How do you know if you have one? It's been 5 days since the first time I had sex (with a condom) and I'm stressing out and I have a headache, cramping feeling, peeing a lot and discharge. I also started ovulating yesterday and I started birth control yesterday as well. Would I have a uti or should I be concerned of pregnancy?? Or am I just stressing out and making myself feel sick?
