sunk soft spot but would not eat

Doesn't sink soft spot mean he is dehydrated? But my son would not eat much. He usually eats 4 or 5oz every 2-3hrs and I don't know if he is going through growth spurt now he is eating 3oz every 3hrs. And his soft spot seems sunk a little bit. I am worried. What can I do to get him hydrated?
