old blood or ?

my period ended ~2 days ago. today i was with my boyfriend & he was fingering me, and when we were done i noticed that i was bleeding. there was red all on his hand and my thighs. i went to the bathroom and when i wiped there was minimal blood, and i changed my panties. it's later now and there's some dried blood, but i didn't actively bleed at all after it happened. do y'all think this is old blood, or him cutting me or something, or something else? i wasn't in any pain. i'm not worried, just curious what you ladies think :)
