super watery discharge?

so for the past 2-3 weeks i've been having super watery discharge, like it's really bad, and it's a lot, not a little but like i peed myself a lot and obviously i didn't. also yesterday i bled a huge amount and it looked like a murder scene in the bathroom, and this is unusual for me, i went through a super plus tampon in 45 min. i've had my period for 4 years now so it's not new. should i be worried?
